About Rayla Sweet and

Rayla is one remarkable dog with an incredible spirit. Rescued from a high-kill shelter, she has endured a tough journey. Initially adopted in 2017, she was returned in 2025 due to a shift in her family's circumstances. Thankfully, she captured the hearts of the staff and proved to be a playgroup star. Incredibly playful and attentive, Rayla resembles a youthful pup despite her senior status. She's mastered commands, is e-collar trained, and is crate trained, but she will thrive with continued socialization and exercise under effective leadership. Her friendly nature means she'll get along well with both dogs and kids, making her an ideal addition to any family. Everyone who meets her quickly realizes how special she is. Rayla is ready to find her forever home! All dogs in our program are up to date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, and microchipped. We take care to match dogs with the right families, so an application and adoption fee are required. To meet Rayla, direct inquiries to adopt@crdogrescue.com.
