About Roo
Roo is not at UPAWS. This charming Chihuahua-Dachshund mix has had a tough time finding a home, but he’s ready for a fresh start. Roo is a sweet, affectionate, and cuddly guy who loves to lounge around. Being a mellow fellow, he enjoys the company of big dogs, small dogs, cats, and even chickens. While he loves his adventures, Roo isn’t quite up for long hikes just yet. Due to being about 10 lbs overweight, he’s managing some health issues, but with the right care, he can live comfortably. He’s neutered and has a medium coat that sheds a bit, but his gentle nature makes up for it. Roo would do best in a home with older kids who understand how to handle pets gently. He’s currently enjoying foster care in Marquette, MI, where he gets along well with everyone. This affectionate boy truly deserves a loving family or a companion for his quieter years. This adoption comes with no fee, but some proof of veterinary care and home necessities is required. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
