Thanks to their care, he is now discovering what it means to be truly loved. Originally feral to everyone but his longtime feeders, Ferdinand has blossomed into a sweet, affectionate companion. While he might be shy at first as he learns to trust, his transformation is truly heartwarming. Once he settles in, Ferdinand eagerly meows for affection, seeks out pets, and even stands on his hind legs for more love. The patience you invest in helping him relax will be rewarded with a loyal friend. Ferdinand does have chronic medical needs, so he requires a special adopter who is committed to his ongoing care, including weekly medication, a prescription diet, quality-of-life monitoring, and biannual vet checkups.
