About Chewbarka
Chewbarka is ready to find his forever home! This sweet six-year-old Shih Tzu has been through a lot but has come out on the other side with a heart full of love. After a difficult journey that included losing an eye and having a leg amputated, he’s now free from pain and eager to share his sweetness with a caring owner. He weighs just 9.4 pounds, has a chill and friendly demeanor, and gets along well with other dogs. Chewbarka loves being with people and enjoys a low-energy lifestyle. Despite some unique challenges, his spirit shines brightly. Although he hasn’t been tested with cats, he’ll fit beautifully into a household that understands the needs of a small dog and can provide a safe, loving environment. His grooming needs are high, so regular professional grooming is essential to keep his coat healthy. While Chewbarka is currently house trained, a consistent routine in his new home will help ensure success. Please note, he’s not suited for homes with small children. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will bring joy into your life, Chewbarka might just be your new best friend. Don’t hesitate to apply!
