About Tucker

Tucker is a lively and affectionate male Wirehair Terrier mix, born in September 2025. He’s a bundle of energy, eagerly looking forward to playtime and walks. While he’s currently a bit anxious at the shelter, he’s ready to find his forever home where he can thrive. Tucker would do well with another dog who shares his playful spirit, but he still needs to meet your pup first. As an active boy, he’s best suited for a home with a physically fenced yard and should be placed with older children, around 8 years or older, after an observed interaction. While Tucker may bark when crated and isn’t the right fit for apartment living, he promises to be an excellent walking buddy. He weighs about 28 pounds now and shouldn’t exceed 35 pounds as an adult. Just imagine playing fetch in the backyard and then relaxing under a tree together. Tucker is ready to make memories with a loving family. Let's make it official, apply to adopt!
