Zoe is a delightful 8-year-old Black Mouth Cur with a gentle, laid-back personality. She thrives on companionship and is just as happy enjoying peaceful time alone or playing with her loved ones. This well-mannered girl shows her excitement without jumping, making her a pleasure to be around. Sadly, Zoe's human recently had to move into an elderly care facility, and now this sweet dog finds herself alone at home with neighbors checking in. She deserves a loving family who can provide the care and affection she craves. Zoe is an affectionate companion and a loyal protector, getting along well with men, women, and children. While she enjoys the company of male dogs, she doesn’t get along with other female dogs or cats. Zoe loves to run and explore, so access to a yard or outdoor space is ideal for her. Though she enjoys exercise, she adapts well to a more relaxed lifestyle. After playtime, she happily curls up during car rides, occasionally catching some Z's along the way. This spayed pup is house-trained, up-to-date on vaccinations, and has no health concerns. Zoe has no separation anxiety and is an easy-going companion, content to sleep beside your bed. With the ability to follow commands like "SIT," Zoe is eager to be close to her people, preferring to engage in play over food-driven incentives. She walks calmly on a leash, though it's not her favorite activity. This wonderful girl may have a few dislikes, such as thunderstorms and nail trimming, but otherwise, she is well-adjusted and loving.
