Tucker is a gentle and handsome older guy discovering the joys of indoor life after being rescued from a recycling center. Once just skin and bones, he’s about six years old now and much healthier, although he’s still on a special diet. One striking feature of Tucker is that he’s missing part of his tongue, but this doesn’t affect his ability to eat. He’s a curious boy and recently made a brief escape to explore the neighborhood, but he quickly returned when he realized his belly was empty. Currently, Tucker is kept away from the other house cats because the girls in the house aren’t too thrilled about having another male around. However, he is eager to be friends and enjoys being petted and gently brushed. He loves lounging on a sunny windowsill, watching birds and squirrels. Although he hasn't been around dogs or children since his rescue, he likely prefers a quieter home where he can truly relax and feel safe. Tucker deserves a forever home filled with love and comfort, where he can continue to thrive.
