Baked Bean is a 4-month-old male mixed breed dog. He has a small build and a beautiful tricolor coat of brown, black, and white. Baked Bean is altered and currently unvaccinated. He is being fostered in Trenton, ME. Although he is not yet house trained, Baked Bean is making wonderful progress with basic commands.

Baked Bean is the tiniest in his litter. Like his siblings, he is quite shy but shows remarkable improvement every day. Currently, he is in foster care with his brother, Manny, and together they are learning about life and love. They share their foster home with two adult German Shorthaired Pointers and get along well with them. A graduate of a rough start, Baked Bean shies away from leashes, which suggests some past trauma. He would thrive in a home with a fenced-in yard where he can feel safe. Patience and dedication will be crucial as he adjusts. We believe that another canine friend would help these nervous boys grow more comfortable in their new environment. Baked Bean came to us under-socialized, and we’re eager to find a forever home where he can receive the support he needs to bloom into a confident companion. Ready to fall in love?
