About Chrysanthemum
Chrysanthemum, a delightful female brown tabby short-haired kitten, is about 12 weeks old as of July 31, 2026. Born in a Waukegan feral cat colony, she was rescued along with her sisters and mother at just two weeks old. Raised in a nurturing foster home with two children, she has blossomed into a friendly kitty, unlike her more timid mother. Nicknamed "Chrys-Ann," she embodies adventure and curiosity. Always on the lookout for her next playtime escapade, she enjoys being petted and held, though you may find her scrambling around in search of fun. Chrysanthemum gets along wonderfully with other cats and would thrive with a young kitty buddy to romp around with. Though she hasn't lived with dogs, her lively upbringing suggests she would adapt well to most cat-friendly dogs. Chrysanthemum is scheduled to be spayed on August 11th and will be ready for her new home shortly thereafter.
