While he tends to be a bit shy, Duck has shown significant improvements in his confidence and is almost house trained. He enjoys the comfort of a harness during walks, although he prefers a quiet neighborhood to avoid getting startled by sudden noises. Duck is affectionate and follows his humans closely, earning him the title of a "velcro dog." He gets along well with other dogs but can be slightly protective over his food and treats, so a calm environment, perhaps as the only dog or with one that shares his easygoing nature, would suit him best.
