Meet Boaz! Boaz is a 1.5-year-old Labrador Retriever mix with an abundance of love to share. This young canine is incredibly affectionate, thriving in the company of his family. Whether he’s relaxing at your feet or happily chewing on his favorite stick, Boaz just wants to be close to you. He’s highly food motivated and eager to learn, making great strides in training. Boaz has improved his manners, leash skills, confidence, and impulse control through consistent positive reinforcement. While he’s still learning how to properly socialize with other dogs, he is not aggressive. Slow and structured introductions will help him build confidence. He is kid-friendly, but due to his excitement, older kids would be ideal as he works on toning down his enthusiastic behavior. Boaz is fully vetted, neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and in great health after benefiting from a nutrition plan. As a bonus, adopting Boaz includes a lifetime commitment from Sea Dog Animal Training. Local adopters receive five free in-person training sessions, while those from out of state will benefit from five virtual behavior consultations to aid in his transition. Boaz seeks a loving family ready to invest in his continued growth. In return, he will offer fierce loyalty, endless affection, and a lifelong friendship. Adoption Fee: $350.
