Nora is a medium-sized, 4-year-old female Pit Bull Terrier. She is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations, making her ready for a loving home. Although she has a playful spirit, Nora would prefer to be the only dog in the household. This affectionate girl currently weighs 43 pounds and is excited to explore her new world.

About Nora

Nora came to the shelter in tough condition, having suffered a broken pelvis and road rash. After several weeks in our medical care, she has healed wonderfully and is ready for her forever home. With an eager spirit, Nora loves the outdoors and is always curious to explore. She quickly warms up to people, treating everyone like a friend and showing her affectionate side. Playful and silly, she absolutely adores squeaky toys and stays close during walks, often checking in to see if youโ€™re still with her. While her past may not be perfect, it hasnโ€™t stifled her joy. Sadly, Nora hasn't done well with other dogs during her assessments, so she would thrive as the only dog in a home. But with humans, she is nothing but love. Nora is about 4 years old and currently weighs 43 pounds. All animals adopted from Huntsville Animal Services are microchipped, vaccinated, spayed, and provided with a 30-day flea and tick preventative. Ready to meet this incredible girl?
