About Rally

Meet Rally, also known as Scoot Scoot! This charming girl may look sweet, but she’s bursting with sass. Rally has weak back legs, but she doesn't let that slow her down. When her legs tire, she scoots along without missing a beat. Playfully mouthy when she feels ignored, her adorable face makes it hard to be upset with her. She's fantastic with both dogs and cats, so she’s looking for a home with another dog to keep her company. Despite her high energy, she loves snuggling up on the couch with her people. If you're ready for a little firecracker, Rally is the one for you! This playful pup is currently in Rocky Mount, VA, waiting for her forever home. Click apply to start the adoption process.
