About Cecil
Meet Cecil, your gentle giant with a heart of gold. This big boy sports a beautiful caramel coat and an even more appealing personality. Cecil is calm and quietly confident, and loves to explore his surroundings, but he’s just as happy lounging nearby, offering a comforting presence. His sweet, observant nature allows him to take in the world around him at a relaxed pace. This charming dog thrives in a peaceful setting. He’s affectionate on his terms and exudes a quiet charisma. Whether he’s stretched out in a sunny spot or enjoying a leisurely sniff, Cecil brings joy wherever he goes. Though he can appear intimidating due to his size, he’s sweet and well-behaved. He’s a bit cautious around new faces, particularly men, but he tolerates greetings politely. Cecil is housebroken and prefers to stay off the furniture. While he can be left alone without issue, he is prone to counter-surfing for treats. Cecil is not leash trained yet; his strength will challenge any owner in that area. However, he's responsive to commands, like sit and shake, and he’s making progress with lay down and stay. He delights in chasing after squirrels and other small critters, but he remains safely within his fenced yard. If you’re ready for a lovable, low-key companion who dances to his own mellow rhythm, come meet Cecil and see what gentle love truly looks like. Ready to fall in love?
