Himmel is nothing short of a little hero. He started as one of the smallest kittens in his litter, needing extra help when he arrived from a Fairbury TNR project. With mama not providing enough milk, Himmel and his siblings had to receive supplemental feedings to thrive. Now, you wouldn’t know he was once the underweight kitten everyone worried about. This adventurous explorer loves discovering new things. However, his favorite place is right on his foster mom's lap. He'll vocalize until she notices him, then climb aboard for pets and cuddles. Raised in foster care since he was just two weeks old, Himmel should adapt well to homes with other cats, cat-friendly dogs, or kids, given proper introductions and a bit of patience. Neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his age-appropriate FVRCP and rabies vaccines, Himmel has tested negative for FeLV/FIV, is dewormed, and is on flea and tick prevention.
