He’s great with both dogs and cats and loves being in the middle of the action—even if that means helping out with chores! Despite living with hydrocephalus, which gives him a bit of a wobble, Joey shows no signs of slowing down. He embodies affection in his own unique way and is ready for a home that appreciates his special qualities.
