Willoughby might not be the most graceful gentleman, often feeling like a bull in a china shop. He thrives on playtime and food, showing a particular love for toy mice that he enthusiastically tosses around before destroying. Willoughby is a big fan of catnip, often rolling and drooling in glee. While his dinner time excitement is adorable, he’s still learning that swatting the hand that feeds him isn’t the best strategy—he just really wants that food fast! He tends to be gentle, especially if his nails are maintained, but be prepared for the occasional playful smack. Willoughby is still figuring out the petting game. He enjoys a few neck scratches but can get overstimulated, signaling when he’s had enough. With time and patience, he may learn to appreciate petting more fully.
