Colby
AvailableColby is a sweet male, senior cat who has been altered. He is a large Domestic Short Hair with a buff and white coat, and while he may not have a listed weight, his charming presence is undeniable. About Colby
Meet Colby, the striking buff and white cat. He arrived at the shelter due to the surrender of his previous guardian, who could no longer care for him and his companions, a large breed dog and another cat. Colby has lived indoors and is reliable with the litter box, so he’s ready to adjust to a new home. With a gentle introduction, he may get along well with other animals. Colby has also interacted with young children and handled it reasonably well. As a senior cat, he may require more frequent vet visits to ensure his health as he ages, but he’s still full of love to give. His adoption fee is sponsored by the Silver Whisker’s fund, which highlights adoptable senior cats looking for homes. Potential adopters are welcome to visit him at our Santa Cruz location, open daily from 11 am to 6 pm, but be sure to arrive before 4:00 pm if you wish to meet him outside of his kennel.
