About Gia
Gia is one of three playful puppies eager to find a loving home. This charming girl is a 4-5 month old female, weighing in at just 6.0 lbs, and is a mix of Chihuahua and Schipperke with a sweet tan and white coat. Her siblings, Buddy and Milo, share the same playful spirit and were all rescued from the streets of Edinburg, Texas, near the Mexico border. Though small, Gia has a big personality. She's active and loves to romp around, so a home with a fenced yard would be ideal for her to work off her energy. Gentle and friendly, Gia gets along well with children, although her playful nature means older kids, around 4-5 years or up, would be the safest match. She also thrives in the company of other dogs, making her ideal for families with furry companions. Currently, they're all learning to be the best possible doggies through consistent training, including crate and leash training, which is progressing well. When they tire of playtime, cuddling is their next favorite activity, and they'll happily snuggle with you in bed. Adopting Gia means welcoming a loving and lively companion into your life. She's already spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and will receive a clean bill of health before moving to her forever home. If you want to add some joy to your home, consider bringing Gia into your family. Apply to adopt today!
