Meet Ralph! Ralph is a charming tricolor Beagle ready to leave his life as an outside dog behind and embrace the warmth of a family. At seven years old, he's gentle and affectionate, eager to find that special someone to share his life with. Ralph longs to be a loving companion, bringing joy to your everyday moments. Ralph was found as a stray and has spent much of his life outdoors. Now that he’s indoors, he’ll need some patience as he learns house manners. He’s almost crate trained but prefers being with his people. He’s shown that he can handle crate time without issue, keeping it clean in the meantime. His indoor commands and potty training are still works in progress, and with support, he’ll thrive. Having interacted with larger dogs, Ralph is comfortable when going out with them, but they might be a bit overwhelming. Introducing him to Beagle friends could help him find companions that match his energy level. His history with cats and younger children remains a mystery. Though Ralph is still getting accustomed to the leash and car rides, he’s shown he can learn quickly; he’s successfully walked on a leash and managed a couple of short car rides. What Ralph truly needs is someone kind-hearted and patient to show him the joys of indoor life.
