About Coconut Donut Local

Meet Coconut Donut, an adorable Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix who is around 2 years old and weighs about 18 pounds. Rescued alongside his siblings from a challenging situation in western Massachusetts, Coconut has a sweet, gentle nature but can be a bit shy. He thrives in environments where someone works from home, enjoying the presence of his people since he prefers not to be alone for long stretches. While he prefers the company of women, he’s friendly with other dogs and has lived harmoniously with cats. Coconut does not enjoy being crated and will vocalize if confined, but he's eager to learn house training, especially if it means snuggling with you at night. He is currently on anxiety medication, but the hope is that he will gain confidence and flourish in his new home. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will charm you with his personality and occasional DJ skills, Coconut Donut is the perfect fit! Don’t miss your chance to add sweetness to your life with this lovable pup! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
