Meet Montana, a lively 4-month-old Mini Aussie mix, currently in the process of being transported to New England. While she travels, her journey won’t cost adopters anything extra. Montana’s backstory is heartwarming; she was previously adopted by an elderly gentleman in Tennessee who realized she would thrive in a more active environment. What luck for you that you’re getting a dog who is social, playful, and cuddly—all without needing to go to Montana to find her! Montana has a zest for life that includes running, playing, and spending time with people. As an Australian Shepherd mix, she’ll require plenty of exercise to keep her happy. A family that enjoys being active—perhaps training for marathons or being outdoors—would be ideal. She loves kids, other dogs, and even coexists nicely with cats, making her a wonderful addition for many families. While she’s still perfecting her potty training, Montana is making strides with leash walking and crate training. She’s a bundle of positive energy, and there’s little she can’t learn with a bit of guidance. All dogs, including Montana, are up to date on vaccinations and have been spayed.
