Popcorn Shrimp is an absolute sweetheart who forms strong bonds with her people, making her the classic shepherd companion. Unfortunately, her previous family had to let her go due to housing issues. She is friendly with everyone she meets, including adults, children, and other dogs. Living harmoniously with cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs, she usually offers a curious sniff before moving on. Popcorn Shrimp thrives on human affection, often melting into her caretakers and gently placing a paw on laps, ensuring she gets the love she craves. While she can pull on a collar, she walks beautifully in a front-clip harness during outings. She's food motivated, especially in quiet environments, and has shown good progress with crate training, willingly entering her crate and settling inside. Her prior owner noted she behaves well alone in her crate. Popcorn Shrimp's adoption fee includes a 5-week Good Manners training course.
