About Button and Mr. Mom
Meet Button and Mr. Mom, two charming boys on the lookout for a forever home — together. Mr. Mom is an all-black cat at 4 years old, while Button is a lively 2-year-old who's a delightful mix of white and gray. They both originally came from the same outdoor colony and have formed an inseparable bond, making it essential that they be adopted as a pair. Both cats have tested positive for FeLV, but we're more than happy to chat about what that means for potential adopters. It took some time for these boys to come out of their shells, but witnessing their personalities flourish has been rewarding. Button is the energetic one, constantly chattering with sweet chirps, making air biscuits, and even kneading while he eats, all in his happiest moments. He thrives on affection and loves being close to Mr. Mom. Mr. Mom is a bit quieter, having had part of his jaw removed, but it doesn’t stop him from enjoying life. He takes a while to trust, but once he does, he'll gently ask for pets. His patience with Button's endless affection shines through, and they both bring out the best in one another.
