Lily is a 6-month-old female mixed-breed dog, weighing in at a medium size. She has a beautiful short coat with yellow and tan accents as well as white patches. Lily is house trained, spayed, and her vaccinations are up to date. Located in Houston, TX, she is an affectionate, curious, and playful pup ready to find her forever home.

About Lily

Meet Lily! At just 6 months old, she’s bursting with curiosity and energy. This clever girl, often described as a velcro dog, loves to stay close to her humans and feels happiest when glued to your side. She already knows a few commands and some tricks, and when she winds down, all she wants are belly rubs and cuddle time. Lily’s journey hasn’t been the easiest. Rescued from a Walmart parking lot, she arrived at the vet with severe mange. Over time, with the right care, her beautiful tan and white-spotted coat emerged, revealing the lovely girl she is underneath. While she tends to be shy and scared in unfamiliar settings, she truly blossoms indoors. Surrounding her with other dogs boosts her confidence, and currently, she’s undergoing training to help her grow even more. A playful, active canine companion would suit her perfectly. Lily is looking for an adopter who can establish firm boundaries and continue her training. She has an abundance of love to offer to those willing to earn her trust.
