About Diego

Diego is a charming young male who was found as a stray alongside another dog. It's likely he was abandoned by previous owners who couldn't care for him. With a sweet temperament, Diego is friendly with other dogs, cats, and people including kids. While he is making progress with housetraining, he's not quite there yet, but his foster has him on a routine that is helping immensely. Crating isn’t his favorite; he tends to cry initially but eventually calms down. He has received his first vaccines and is currently with a foster in Southern Ohio. Diego needs a foster or a foster-to-adopt home in the Columbus area so he can complete his vaccination boosters and get neutered. Weighing about 40-45 lbs, he resembles a mini-Golden Retriever with a wonderfully soft medium coat. This sweet boy would make a fantastic companion for anyone. Ready to fall in love?
