When he first entered our care, this young puppy had already faced unimaginable hardships, including severe abuse and neglect as a stray. Fortunately, thanks to the unwavering dedication of our veterinary team and the incredible support from his foster family, Knox has transformed into a joyful companion ready to find his forever home. At just 8 months old, Knox is a large puppy with an even bigger heart. He is goofy, affectionate, and loves making those around him smile. Knox adores children and enjoys the company of other dogs. He has a playful curiosity about cats, so a home without them would be best for him. Knox has plenty of energy and would thrive in an active family that enjoys walks and outdoor adventures. A fenced yard would be a great bonus for him to stretch his long legs. He's still mastering leash manners and will continue to blossom with guidance and positive reinforcement. Due to his size and youthful exuberance, Knox may bump into people during playtime. We recommend a home without elderly individuals or anyone unsteady on their feet. He'll thrive best with a family comfortable managing a large-breed puppy as he matures into the gentle giant he is destined to be. Knox is currently being fostered in Georgetown, Texas, but he’s available for adoption throughout the U.S. with the possibility of transport for an additional fee.
