Echo is a small, independent kitten who enjoys cuddling, especially at bedtime. His foster shares that he loves to snuggle up close, often waking her by getting in her face or neck. Echo has had a challenging start, having a history of severe URI and currently dealing with an ear infection, which may make him a special needs pet.
