About Oak
Oak is a shy male Border Collie around 3 years old. He tends to be reserved and doesn’t bark or snap; he’s gentle enough to allow petting. Unfortunately, he doesn’t walk on a leash yet, which is why you'll mainly see him in his kennel for now. Oak would thrive in a quieter home where he can receive consistent attention and support. He’s looking for a caring adopter who understands his needs and can help him come out of his shell. Adoption from our facility is open to all, whether you’re local or from out of town. Please note, there are no holds for adoptions; it operates on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 8:00 AM on the day the pet is available. Call us the day before to confirm Oak’s status. If you’re ready to provide a home for this sweet boy, please reach out! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
