About Whiskey
Whiskey is a wonderful 1-year-old boy eager to find a loving forever home. He thrives on cuddles and is excellent with small children, dogs, and meeting new people. He walks well on a leash, staying close by when off-leash. At night, he sleeps in his kennel and has been consistently going to the bathroom outside. Whiskey came to us severely matted and underweight, but with care, he has been shaved and is slowly putting on weight. He may have had a rough start, but he's ready for a fresh beginning and to be part of a family that shower him with love. Heartland Small Animal Rescue Inc. ensures that all dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested negative (for those 7 months and older), and microchipped.
