About Clifford

Meet Clifford, affectionately called Red. This medium-sized pittie mix has been with us for over 1.5 years, making him our longest resident. Rescued from a rural Florida shelter following the devastating hurricanes of 2024, he still patiently awaits the loving family he deserves. Clifford is house trained and well-mannered, radiating happiness in everything he does. He enjoys playing, going for walks, and getting plenty of love from his favorite staff. While he gets along well with other dogs, he seems to have a preference for female companions, whether they bark or walk on two legs. With the right introductions, he’s welcoming to almost anyone! His favorite pastimes include cuddling on the couch and playing with stuffed toys. Plus, his adoption fee has been waived, so what’s stopping him from finding his forever home? We promised Clifford the best rest of his life. Could you be the one to fulfill that promise? Click apply to start the adoption process.
