About Rosalita

Meet Rosalita, a confident and playful 5-year-old female German Shepherd in search of her forever home. Rescued at just 9 months old after being abandoned, she thrived in a loving environment until her owner sadly passed away. Now back with us, Rosalita enjoys the company of adults and children alike, showcasing her intelligence and food motivation. Rosalita is trainedโ€”she knows how to sit, heel, and wait patiently before eating, a remarkable feat given her love for food. She's both crate and house trained, and walks well on a leash. Though she has a playful spirit and enjoys chasing balls and butterflies, she can be a bit vocal when the mailman comes around. While she adores toys and is great on car rides, she can be selective about other dogs, especially smaller ones, and chases after cats for fun. Rosalita would thrive with an experienced adopter who understands her quirks. Ready to make Rosalita a part of your family? Click apply to start the adoption process.
