About Taffy
Taffy is an 8-year-old Terrier mix radiating love. Rescued as a stray, she underwent surgery to remove mammary tumors and is now flourishing in her foster home. Every morning, Taffy greets the day with enthusiasm, eager for belly rubs and playtime. A fan of squeaky toys, she delights in a good game of fetch and is both house-trained and pee pad trained. Whether she's exploring the yard, enjoying a walk, or curling up next to someone special, Taffy thrives on companionship. Her foster mom even took her to work, where Taffy's charming personality won over everyone she met. She adapts well to different environments, from offices to stores, although a travel crate or seatbelt is best for car rides. Taffy has her quirks; while she can be finicky about dry dog food, she absolutely loves chicken, turkey, and certain wet foods. Chew treats are a favorite, though she’s known to stash them away instead of eating them right away. Despite her past, Taffy embraces life with a wagging tail and an upbeat spirit. Her tumors were successfully treated, and while future check-ups are recommended, we believe she still has plenty of joy to share. Come meet Taffy and see if she could be the missing piece in your family.
