Though she hasn’t been spayed yet, her new family will be responsible for that after adoption. Penguin's friendly demeanor suggests she’ll likely get along well with other cats, dogs, and kids once she’s had time to acclimate. She dreams of a loving family and an abundance of toys to keep her playful spirit thriving. Currently residing in a foster home in the DC area, Penguin is looking for someone to give her love and attention. Come meet her on Sunday, 7/26, at PetSmart in Silver Spring from 12 PM to 3 PM.
