Meet Senora! This brave soul is a 5-6 year-old mixed breed female found in a park, emaciated and in desperate need of help. Fortunately, she was rescued by animal control and brought into a loving environment. Senora's journey hasn’t been easy; she was found with milk but no puppies, and she suffered from severe skin and eye infections. After a month in foster care, she has made a remarkable turnaround. Her foster carer describes her as a sweet, gentle, and kind girl with the saddest yet endearing eyes. It's clear she has experienced home life before; she adores the couch, prefers to sleep on her bed in the bedroom, and knows how to counter surf, though they’re working to adjust that behavior. Senora has gained weight, her fur has grown back beautifully, and she’s friendly with other dogs. She has established a routine in her foster home and made significant progress toward healing.
