About Alex
Meet Alex, a 6-year-old neutered Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever mix who’s looking for a loyal companion to be by your side. With a gentle heart and a devoted personality, Alex came to us through no fault of his own. His previous family loved him but had to surrender him when they moved and couldn’t take him along. He’s now hoping to settle into a forever home where he can truly belong once again. Alex has lived successfully with both dogs and cats, so he’s used to sharing his space. He’s crate trained and housebroken, making the transition into your home easier. While he might be a bit reserved when meeting new people, he quickly forms strong bonds once he feels safe. Before you know it, he’ll be happily following you from room to room, content in the company of those he trusts. For his best adjustment, Alex would thrive in a calm, quieter home with older children. A peaceful environment will help him build confidence and allow his affectionate, loyal nature to shine. If you’re searching for a faithful companion who rewards patience with unwavering loyalty, Alex might be the perfect match. Come by and meet this wonderful boy; you just may find your new best friend in him!
