Currently, she weighs around 15 lbs and is classified as a small breed. Although she is not yet fully house trained, Sassy is eager to learn and grow in the right environment. Located in Hopkinton, MA, she is ready to find her forever home!
About Sassy
Meet Sassy! This young pup, about 11 months old, is around 15 lbs and may have some Chihuahua heritage mixed in. Currently, she’s learning the ropes of house training, crate training, and leash walking in her foster home. Sassy is good with older kids aged 10 and up and enjoys the company of other dogs, but she doesn’t get along with cats. Sassy, affectionately called Sassafras, is blossoming in her foster environment. She loves doggy daycare and has made some great canine friends. Sweet and snuggly, she has a gentle disposition, but she might initially be shy and submissive when encountering new folks. With patience and love, she opens up beautifully. Her striking black brindle markings give her the charm of a hound in a small package. Although she’s making progress with potty training, she still needs some leash training. Sassy is ready for adoption in Hopkinton, MA, but it’s important to meet with an approved adopter first.
