Nice to meet you, I’m Foxx! I’m a sweet and playful Plott Hound mix who loves adventure. Grabbing a leash gets me excited—I’m always ready for a good walk, and I'm proud of how well I do! With plenty of energy, I adore moving, playing, and exploring, but I also have a relaxing side. My dog skills are on point, and I enjoy low-energy play with my dog friends. After playtime, you’ll often find me lounging on my bed like a true couch potato. I’m quite the smart guy and already know some basic commands. I’m eager to learn more, especially if treats or toys are involved. While I may seem a bit aloof at first, I’m quite affectionate once I warm up—my loving personality shines through. People say my big, shiny eyes are hard to resist! I get along well with other dogs and enjoy having a buddy to play with, but I’m also content soaking up all the attention myself. Although I haven’t had the easiest start, I’m still a hopeful guy who believes my perfect family is out there, and I can’t wait to meet them! If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion who’s equal parts playful and relaxed, I might just be your guy! I am Heartworm Positive, so I’m available for foster-to-adopt while Animal Friends Alliance handles my treatment. I’m on track for a normal, long life—just a few months of care, and I’ll be good as new! Rest assured, it’s not contagious to other pets or people. Reach out to inquire further!
