Meet Walker, a charming Staffordshire Terrier mix who's been through quite a journey. Rescued from an abandoned house, Walker faced a tough start, but he’s now on a path to recovery thanks to the dedicated team at Stealing Hearts Rescue. He spent a grueling ten months in a county shelter, where the environment worsened his stress levels, landing him on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, he’s found a safe haven and is ready for a loving new home. Walker is adapting well to his new surroundings. While he might not have been an inside dog before, he learns quickly and is eager to please. He loves going for walks and is excellent on a leash. Water is a joy for him—he enjoys splashing around in a baby pool, letting his playful spirit shine. Walker gets along with people of all ages, making him a beloved favorite among staff and volunteers. He enjoys interacting with other dogs but can be vocal, which sometimes surprises his canine friends. This sweet-hearted boy is looking for a forever family who can take him on regular adventures and share cozy snuggle sessions on the sofa.
