He arrived at the San Diego Humane Society on July 17, 2026, and while we're still learning about his unique personality, we know he's a wonderful companion just waiting to shine. Charlie would do best in a home without small animals and tends to be reactive towards other dogs. Ideally, he needs calm, well-mannered canine companions who can respect his space and help him feel comfortable. Although Charlie can be fearful in new or stressful situations, a consistent routine paired with positive reinforcement can help him build the confidence he needs.
