Meet CeCe, a spirited little girl who’s quickly stealing hearts! She and her brother were rescued from a tough situation, but they've blossomed in their foster home, where they’re thriving alongside other dogs and cats. True to her puppy nature, CeCe loves to make her presence known. While not as vocal as her brother, she enjoys barking for playtime, meals, and outdoor adventures. At about 10 weeks old and weighing just 3.9 pounds, her foster family suspects she’s a Chihuahua/Yorkshire Terrier mix, but that’s just a guess. With her small frame and tiny curled tail, she’s destined to be a small dog, likely under 25 pounds when fully grown. CeCe is working on her crate training and is making great strides—she hasn’t had any accidents in her kennel for three nights! She’s also been using puppy pads successfully. When she pottys outside, she runs right back to the door, eager to go in. CeCe is good with children, other dogs, and even gets along with cats.
