Nittany Beagle Rescue isn’t sure how he’ll interact with cats, so a feline-free environment is likely best for now. He'll need some help with housetraining as he transitions to a new home, but the rescue team will provide guidance on that. Sylvester enjoys crate travel and is up to date on his vaccinations.
