Although she walks well on a leash, she sometimes displays a little napoleon-like attitude, barking at other dogs, which means a physically fenced yard is a must. In foster care, Daisy has shown she understands house manners and is crate trained, although she loves to be close to her humans. She gets along well with respectful dogs and has even shared her home with cats. Due to her petite size, she should be in a home with older, dog-savvy children who interact gently with small dogs.
