About Rose

Meet Rose! This charming girl was discovered with her family during a run by one of our volunteers' children. Unable to leave her behind, they brought her home, and after a stray hold, she is ready for adoption. Rose is a delightful little Rat Terrier mix, currently around 6-9 months old and weighing approximately 10 lbs. Spunky and playful, she is expected to be a similar size to her 19 lbs mother when fully grown. Rose gets along well with other animals and is ideal for a family environment—she’s great with kids too! She is spayed, vaccinated, and all set for her forever home. Though we do not claim that any animal is fully house-trained, Rose is eager to learn and thrive in a loving home. Adoption applications are welcomed, and there is no fee to apply. Note that all dogs share a $195 adoption fee that covers vet checks, vaccinations, deworming, and spaying/neutering. Note that puppies, including Rose, are altered prior to adoption. All healthy and adoptable animals are spayed or neutered as a standard practice. Any inquiries and applications will be answered by our all-volunteer team at Wags and Whiskers—please be patient as we respond. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let’s get started.
