After three years of dedicated care, Declan has made significant progress. He is now ready to find a special person who understands his needs. He thrives in the presence of a calm and confident woman and enjoys having a secure indoor-outdoor environment where he can patrol safely. Declan is not friendly with other dogs, cats, or children, so an exclusive home would be ideal. He requires committed adopters willing to go through multiple meet-and-greets and a home check to ensure he will never experience abandonment again.
