About Mira
Mira was found as a stray in Central Valley, in dire need of care. When she arrived at the shelter, she was emaciated and diagnosed with diabetes, placing her on the euthanasia list due to the lack of resources available for her condition. Fortunately, a caring volunteer recognized her plight and took her into foster care, where she now receives the proper treatment. Though Mira is nearly blind, she adapts well to her surroundings, relying on her trusted humans for guidance. She is friendly with other dogs and is learning how to interact with cats. Mira is a cheerful, clever dog who adores attention and behaves like a lap dog.
