After overcoming a tough start, including a flea infestation that affected her coat, Sugar is feeling great and looking even better; her fur is growing back beautifully. Sugar can be protective of her food and treats, so it's best to continue with a trade method to help her feel secure. She's not a fan of kids, so an adult-only home or one with older, dog-savvy family members would suit her best. While she’s great with cats, she prefers her space when it comes to other dogs and would be happiest as the only pup in her household.
