About Penelope

Penelope is a short-stacked, medium-sized girl, weighing around 35-40 lbs. This sweet and playful pup is about 2 years old. She was found as a stray without a microchip and ended up in a high-kill shelter, but we were thrilled to rescue her. Her delightful energy and good behavior make her a joy to be around. Penelope is wonderful with dogs of all sizes and thrives on human attention. She thinks she’s a lap dog, enjoying both playtime in the yard and lounging on her dog bed. She is potty trained, great on a leash, and adapts well to a gated area or crate. Penelope loves toys, treats, and is excellent on car rides to the vet. She's up to date on vaccines, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, and on flea and tick prevention. Penelope will be a fantastic companion and a wonderful adventure buddy for a lucky family.
