Vito has a calm, easygoing personality and enjoys taking life at a slower pace. He loves spending time with people but is also perfectly content doing his own thing. While he appreciates attention, he isn’t the type of dog that needs to be glued to your side every moment. This can also be a good way to bond with him while teaching him new tricks. He gets along well with children and could thrive with a canine companion too. We can arrange a meet-and-greet with any resident dogs to ensure compatibility. However, he hasn’t been cat tested yet. Vito has tested positive for Lyme disease, which is common among dogs exposed to ticks. Many dogs with Lyme disease lead happy, normal lives with proper veterinary care, and our staff will happily explain what this means for potential adopters.
