Currently living in Washington, DC, he has not yet been neutered, and although vaccinated, he may still require some vaccines from his adopter. Rusty gets along well with other cats and would make a wonderful addition to a loving family.

Despite a slight visual impairment in one eye, Rusty is a playful, energetic little guy who thrives once he feels safe. While he's still learning to snuggle, he enjoys affection on his own terms and plays endlessly. Rusty is likely to get along with other cats, dogs, and children with the right introductions and patience. He's currently living at a shelter, but he's longing for a loving family to call his own.
